What our patients are saying about ResMed
This year, ResMed celebrates its 30th anniversary of medical innovation; helping people who suffer from sleep apnoea, COPD, and other chronic diseases. We now provide connected-health products and services that serve millions of people in more than 120-countries worldwide.
In response to our anniversary announcement, we received these wonderful comments below from our UK patients that we’d like to share with you. We hope you find them as inspirational as we do. Feel free to post your own comment below.
A huge thank you to all ResMed patients and to these people for agreeing to share their experiences and for their continuing support!
“I’ve been using ResMed machines for 24 and a bit years. It all started on my 25th wedding anniversary. My wife and I were staying in a suite in a posh London hotel and in the middle of the night she got up, left the marital bed, and went to sleep on the sofa in the sitting room because of my snoring. I took the hint and went to see my GP about it. He sent me to the Sleep Unit at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford who diagnosed sleep apnoea. I can’t remember a night without my ResMed CPAP machine since then. Thank you ResMed.”
“The CPAP from ResMed improved my life. My apnoea was so bad my wife dragged me to the doctor for early onset Alzheimer’s and he guessed right. By then I had stopped driving myself because I couldn’t stay awake, and was suffering huge migraines, I was told it was from oxygen deprivation. The doctor rushed me through the system (NHS) and got me a machine. Literally saved me from an early death. I never feel bad about using that device and the products from ResMed are always high quality and affordable. Those of us who use this stuff owe them all the thanks in the world! And your machines are affordable and extremely high quality. Thanks for giving me my life back!”
“ResMed has made my life better, initially with the S8 [CPAP machine] then upgrading to S9. Thank you ResMed for all you do.”
“I’ve used a Resmed CPAP for 18-years and definitely would not be here without it.”
